Arm Balances

In this workshop we’ll find our way into arm balances including crow and forearm stand variations! Our flow will work through poses that target core and upper body strength, as well as hip openers, all important components of a strong and safe arm balance practice.

Headstands and Handstands

This workshop will be dedicated to working our way into both headstand and handstand, flowing through prep poses that focus on strength, balance, and proper alignment. We will progress through each pose step by step, practicing drills and techniques to learn how to engage key muscles and build the foundation for a solid headstand and handstand practice.

Detoxing Yoga Workshop

Wring it out, refresh, and reset! In this detoxifying yoga flow, we’ll stimulate circulation, digestion, and our lymphatic system through twists, easy inversions, and poses that help to massage our inner organs. Finish the workshop with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and be present in the moment.
