For those who are not familiar with it, Mindfulness is the practice of a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment through a non-judgemental lens. The Mindfulness based Reduction Stress Based Reduction Clinic at UMASS sees benefits like lower BP, HR, respiration rate, anxiety, cortisol, increased well-being, and deeper relaxation.

  • Join Karena Virginia, author of Essential Kundalini Yoga and Nurturing Yoga Teacher for 25+ Years, for a magical healing experience of Kundalini Yoga which traces back thousands of years and was once kept secret in the mountains of the Himalayas. This series will be modified for these times, and will offer modern benefits including balancing the nervous system, helping with fertility, relieving anxiety, opening stuck energy channels, boosting the metabolism, strengthening the immune system, eliminating insomnia and easing inflammation.
